# 1% Royalties

In the luxury watch resale market, it is very common to sell a watch to a customer who will resell it to another customer within a relatively short period of time. In fact, a watch can be resold multiple times throughout the year, which is why we have incorporated a 1% royalties for the initial depositor.

## How does this work ?

When a customer tokenizes their watch, they are regarded as the initial owner of the watch in the eyes of our marketplace. Consequently, they will automatically receive a 1% USDT royalty each time their token is sold on the marketplace, deposited into the wallet they used during registration.

## Is it possible to change the initial depositor ?

No, it is not possible to change the virtual wallet address of the initial owner for a simple reason: this information is embedded in the tokens . Even if a customer claim the physical watch and the token is destroyed, if the watch returns to our marketplace, our database will provide us with the initial owner's address based on the watch's serial number.

## Can I get a tracking of the royalties I have earned ?

Indeed, in your dashboard, you can track the earnings you have made during the month and also monitor the evolution of your revenue generated through royalties via a graphical representation.
