# How to claim
The claiming process is quick and efficient, and I would be delighted to explain it to you through this page
To claim a watch, I need to go to my profile page where I can view all the watches I own. In my case, we can see that I own a Patek Philippe Aquanaut.
For the example, I will claim the Patek Philippe Aquanaut.
Once on the product page, as the owner of the watch, I will find two buttons: one with the function "Sell" and the other with the function "Claim."
In our case, we will click on the "Claim" button.
Upon clicking the claim button, you will be prompted to input the necessary delivery information to receive your watch. Once the form is completed and you are satisfied with the provided information, you can proceed to confirm your claim.
Following the confirmation, we will respond to you within 48 hours with a shipping quote.
At that point, you will have the option to make payment in cryptocurrency. After the payment is processed, your token will be burned, and our logistics team will diligently prepare and dispatch your package.
