# How to sell
The selling process is quick and efficient, and I would be delighted to explain it to you through this page.
To sell a watch, I need to go to my profile page where I can view all the watches I own. In my case, we can see that I own a Rolex Yacht-Mater 40
Once on the product page, as the owner of the watch, I will find two buttons: one with the function "Sell" and the other with the function "Claim." In our case, we will click on the "Sell" button.
A modal will appear, allowing me to choose the price at which I would like to list my watch and the duration of my listing.
In our example, I will list my watch for 25,000 USDT for a duration of 1 month. There is a summary that helps me understand the potential gain after deducting fees.
I can see that the platform charges a 5% fee, and there is a 1% fee that goes to the initial owner as royalties (I invite you to read "[1% Royalties](/zwapx/use/1-royalties.md)" to learn more).
After deducting the fees, the amount of 23,500 USDT suits me perfectly, so I confirm my listing.
Once confirmed, I can see my listing on the product page under the "Orders" tab, in the "Listings" section. If I wish, I can cancel it and create a new one if I want to change the price or duration.
I can also find all the listings I have created in my dashboard under the "Listings" tab.
